Over 200 egg-quisite eggs are tucked away in secret locations around London. The event, hosted by Fabergé, spotlights egg-shaped wonders imagined by numerous world-renowned designers including Mulberry, Candy & Candy, Nicky Haslam, Theo Fennel, Diane Von Furstenberg, Marc Quinn, Zaha Hadid and Selfridges.
In addition to providing 40 days and nights to scurry around London for The Big Egg Hunt, there is a golden egg waiting for the top hunters.
The winners, those that have spotted the most eggs and texted each one’s unique keyword to 80001, will have their name tossed in the hat for the Fabergé Diamond Jubilee Golden Egg (estimated worth GBP 100,000/USD159,260).
And, once the hunt is over, all the found eggs will be put on show and auctioned with the goal of raising over GBP 2 million GBP (USD 3.18 million) for Action for Children and Elephant Family.
